Last updated: 12 October 2026

This policy explains how Neuralean World LTD ("Neuralean", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use marinawinberg.com, take our test, buy our plans or subscriptions, or read our emails.

We serve people around the world. This policy applies to everyone, wherever you live. Sections 12–15 add what the law in specific places requires.

Data about how you feel (your test answers, result and check-ins) is covered in more detail by our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

4. Data about how you feel

Your test answers, your result and your check-ins are data about your wellbeing. In the UK and EU this is a "special category" of personal data. Several US states treat it as consumer health data.

We collect it only after you tick a separate consent box: at the start of the test, or on the Personal application and payment pages. What you write in a Personal application or request may also be data about your wellbeing, and we treat it the same way. The box is not part of accepting our Terms. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Without it, we can't produce a result or plan.

Full details are in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

5. AI assistant

We use an AI service (Claude, by Anthropic) to help process check-ins and prepare results and replies. Replies written with the AI assistant are labelled as such. Marina reads check-ins and answers chat questions personally.

The AI doesn't make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. Your result is a self-reflection tool, not a diagnosis. Under our agreement, the AI provider doesn't use your data to train its models.
