Email Marketing Consent

Last updated: 12 October 2026

This page explains how Neuralean World LTD asks for and respects your consent to marketing emails. Our rule for everyone, wherever you live: you always know what emails you'll get, you can say no when you give us your email, and you can unsubscribe from any email in one click. We follow the laws we're subject to, including the UK (UK GDPR and PECR), the EU, the US (CAN-SPAM), Canada (CASL), Australia (Spam Act) and India (DPDP Act).

1. What counts as marketing

Newsletters, new products, offers and invitations.

Emails you need for something you bought or asked for aren't marketing. Examples: order confirmations, your daily plan emails, subscription reminders, replies to you. You get these whether or not you've agreed to marketing.

2. How we ask

After the stress test. When you enter your email to get your result, you'll see this box, already ticked:

☑ Send me my result and Marina's emails about it and the Neuralean plan. Unsubscribe anytime.

Other marketing emails (new practices, products and offers) need your clear yes. We ask with a separate box that is not ticked in advance, on our forms and at checkout:

☐ I'd like to receive emails from Marina about new practices, products and offers. I can unsubscribe anytime.

Agreeing to these emails is never a condition of buying.

3. What we record

When and how you agreed or said no, the text of the box, and the page where you did it. We keep this for as long as we email you, and for 3 years after you unsubscribe, as proof.

4. What every marketing email contains

5. Unsubscribing

Use the link in any email, or email team@marinawinberg.com. We stop marketing emails within 5 working days, and sooner where we can.

We keep your email address on a "do not contact" list so we don't email you by mistake later.

6. Who sends the emails

Our emails are sent through JustClick, our website and email platform, under a contract that protects your data. More in our Privacy Policy.

7. Your rights and complaints

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data. Email team@marinawinberg.com. We reply within one month.

If you're unhappy, please contact us first. You can also complain to your data protection authority. In the UK, that's the ICO (ico.org.uk).
