1. INTRODUCTION

This document explains how Neuralean World LTD ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17229391, with its registered office at 8 Stoney Lane, London, SE1 9BD, United Kingdom, obtains and manages your consent to send marketing emails (newsletters). This policy is provided in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).

1. WHAT IS THE "SOFT OPT-IN" RULE?

Every marketing email must include the following (or substantially similar) text in the footer:
